Introduction
Evooq is a Swiss financial technology company providing wealth management solutions to banks and advisors. To stay ahead in the industry, Evooq sought to augment its platform with AI-driven features that could help wealth managers analyze portfolios, answer complex client questions, and automate research tasks. Instead of building an in-house large language model solution, Evooq partnered with Decisional, a Y Combinator and NVIDIA-backed AI agent platform specialized for deep financial analysis (Decisional - AI for Deep Financial Work in Private Markets).
This case study examines how Evooq used Decisional’s Agent APIs to quickly launch new AI features, achieve superior accuracy versus other tools, answer financial queries with trusted citations, and deliver real-time results with low latency – ultimately improving efficiency and user satisfaction.
AI Features Launched with Decisional’s Agent API
Evooq leveraged Decisional’s platform to roll out several AI-driven capabilities within its wealth management software. By using Decisional’s Agent APIs, Evooq’s product team was able to drastically reduce the development time for these features (Decisional - AI for Deep Financial Work in Private Markets). Key AI features introduced include:
Advisor AI Assistant: Evooq integrated a conversational AI assistant that allows wealth advisors to query complex financial information in natural language. Advisors can ask questions about portfolio performance, risk metrics, or market research, and the AI assistant generates a comprehensive answer on the fly. This feature was quick to implement using Decisional’s ready-made financial agent, cutting the time to launch from what could have been months down to weeks (Decisional - AI for Deep Financial Work in Private Markets).
Automated Report Generation: The platform can now generate in-depth investment reports and insights automatically. Decisional’s agent is capable of producing long-form financial content (e.g. portfolio reviews or market commentaries) complete with inline citations linking back to original data sources (Decisional - AI for Deep Financial Work in Private Markets). This means an advisor can instantly obtain a written analysis of a client’s portfolio or an economic outlook, with the sources of all facts clearly referenced. Such content generation features were enabled by Decisional’s API with minimal custom coding on Evooq’s side.
These AI features – from interactive Q&A to auto-generated reports – were developed much faster than if Evooq had attempted to build them from scratch. “Decisional has drastically reduced our time to launch AI features,” noted Evooq’s Product Manager, highlighting the acceleration in Evooq’s AI innovation cycle (Decisional - AI for Deep Financial Work in Private Markets).
